He is the Founder and Executive Consultant at Drugs and Medicaments Nigeria Limited, a retail chain and proprietary brand distributor in the pharmaceutical sector.

Dr. Monica Hemben Eimunjeze is a distinguished pharmacist and regulatory expert with over three decades of experience in both the public and private sectors. Her career includes a remarkable 14-year tenure at Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), where she held key leadership positions including Director of Drug Registration and Regulatory Affairs, and Director of Drug Evaluation and Research.
Her work helped shape and strengthen regulatory systems in Nigeria and across the West African sub-region. She continues to consult on transformative reforms in Nigeria’s health and pharmaceutical sectors. Her unique blend of regulatory insight and private sector experience positions her as a powerful advocate for improved compliance, quality assurance, and policy reform.
Dr. Eimunjeze is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and has received multiple recognitions. As a member of the advisory board, she brings deep regulatory acumen, policy experience, and a passion for improving access to safe, effective, and high-quality healthcare.

As a senior fellow and lecturer at the Wharton School, his work focuses on the intersection of entrepreneurship, life sciences, and capacity building in emerging markets.
He has founded or financed over 40 companies worldwide and established Pangea University for the Health Sciences to strengthen health technology education in the Global South.
Prof. Sammut’s advisory reach spans public and private sectors, having consulted for the World Bank, IFC, and several national governments. He played a pivotal role in launching Africa’s first Healthcare Management MBA at Strathmore Business School. Prof. Chimezie Anyakora is seasoned scientist who has an extensive experience in analytical techniques and has applied this in solving numerous problems in food and pharmaceutical and environmental sector. He has also been involved in Public Health and Medicine Quality research. He has supervised over twenty-five PhD and masters students and published scores of papers in the field of analytical and pharmaceutical chemistry. He was named the University of Lagos researcher of the year in 2009 among many other awards. He has presented numerous scientific papers in many international conferences across the world.
His research interest is on separation science. He is currently researching on the basic science and application of chromatography. He applies this in environmental and pharmaceutical analysis. In the recent past he has focused on developing methods for the determination of active pharmaceutical ingredients in water samples. For this he makes use of solid phase extraction as a method of pre-concentration. He has also been working on the detection of carcinogenic biomarkers in body fluids of occupationally exposed subjects. He is also involved in a research on medicine quality and strategies for advancing medicine quality agenda in low and middle-income countries.

A prolific academic and a Fellow of several respected institutions, including the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow), the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (UK), and the World College of Refractive Surgery.
Beyond clinical excellence, he has demonstrated visionary leadership in healthcare management and finance, serving on the boards of several ophthalmology councils and financial institutions.
