Professor Uchenna Uzo is a preeminent retail expert, distinguished speaker, and award-winning author with a career dedicated to revolutionising Africa’s retail and marketing arenas.
Currently serving as the Faculty Director, he continues to drive excellence in Sales, Retail, Marketing, and Consumer Behaviour. Uchenna's passion for transforming Africa’s retail landscape into a formidable global player is evident in his extensive consulting and research work across various industries.
A fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Academic Director of the Africa Retail Academy, Uchenna is recognised for his exceptional teaching and has received numerous awards. He has authored several books, including Africa’s Goldmine: A Guide to Winning Customers in its Unstructured Markets. His articles have been featured in top journals, and he plays an influential role on several company boards, including the Management Board of Lagos Business School.

Prof. Tayo Otubanjo is a seasoned executive educator, a sought-after marketing consultant, and a Professor of Marketing at Lagos Business School, where he leads strategic marketing and branding modules within The Chief Executive Programme, The Advanced Management Programme, and The Executive MBA programme.
He is an alumnus of the Prestigious IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain, where he received an international faculty development education, which equipped him with case delivery skills. He also attended Wharton Business School's Global Faculty Development Program.
Tayo has national and international academic and practitioner experiences in strategic marketing, corporate brand identity, corporate communications, and brand strategy. He was a Visiting Professor of Marketing at Yale School of Management, New Haven, Connecticut, where he taught Yale’s MBA, delivering sessions on Brand Strategy. Prof. Otubanjo was a Visiting Fellow at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He was invited to serve similarly at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University.

Currently serve as a member of the Nigerian Olympic Committee (Marketing Commision) and as a Company Director of two African companies.

Chidi Okoro is currently the Founder/Executive Consultant of Drugs and Medicaments Nigeria Limited, a retail chain/own brands dealer in the Pharmaceutical sector. He is a consultant in Strategy and Business Development to organisations in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Africa operations, and a recipient of numerous awards including Pearl Quoted CEO of the year 2013 and GSK Turn Around Manager Award.
Mr Okoro was trained as a Pharmacist at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He obtained a Senior Management Programme certificate from Lagos Business School and also an Executive Master’s Degree in Positive Leadership and Strategy from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
His areas of interest include Sales and Business Development including Route to Market Models’ Development and Execution in both Services and Products organisations; Marketing Operations Management including New Products Development; Retail Sector Operations; Strategy Development and Execution.
